So just when we got out of our houses for buying some essentials/groceries, almost being quarantined for a month as everyone’s mind started for cravings, my mind popped up with this OREO biscuit search and with all my luck and rounds to all shops, I managed to gather 3 packs of OREO classic biscuits as the stocks were limited. Having ample of time at home, I thought giving a try at baking a simple cake and here’s the list of things you need for baking this cake for your loved ones. INGREDIENTS: 3 packs of Oreo biscuits Milk Baking Powder  Oil METHOD: Empty the 3 packs of Oreo biscuits in a dish, peel off the cream from them and keep it aside. EGG CURRY is an easy, instant, mouth watering dish. It is spicy and deliciously made from boiled eggs and mixed masala paste. This was first introduced to me at my friends place. In India eggs play an important role and are used in various dishes like biryani and curries. People love to make bhurji, omelette. One such variation is the Spicy Egg Curry. Being a heavy dish you can have it in lunch and dinner both. You can have this amazing dish with chapati, bhakri (form of chapati) or rice. Sanja - A Maharashtra Breakfast Recipe

Today's post is a breakfast dish named  Sanja , one of popular Maharashtra's breakfast dish made with Semolina. This is a slight variation to Upma recipe. It melts in mouth, has a smooth texture and great flavors will be a great treat for breakfast or as a evening snack. It tastes best when it is served hot with yogurt, buttermilk, pickle or with just a dash of lime. Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup Semolina/Suji 2 3/4 cup Hot Water 1 Onion finely chopped 3 Green Chilies chopped 5 to 6 Curry Leaves 2 tsp Raw Peanuts 1 tsp Mustard Seeds 1 tsp Cumin Seeds Salt to taste Coriander leaves Oil 4 tsp Salt to taste 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder Method:  Heat the pan on a medium high and dry roast Suji till it gets light golden color.
