Lockdown Oreo Cake!

So just when we got out of our houses for buying some essentials/groceries, almost being quarantined for a month as everyone’s mind started for cravings, my mind popped up with this OREO biscuit search and with all my luck and rounds to all shops, I managed to gather 3 packs of OREO classic biscuits as the stocks were limited. Having ample of time at home, I thought giving a try at baking a simple cake and here’s the list of things you need for baking this cake for your loved ones.

INGREDIENTS:

3 packs of Oreo biscuits
Milk
Baking Powder
Oil

METHOD:

Empty the 3 packs of Oreo biscuits in a dish, peel off the cream from them and keep it aside.
Grind the crunchy biscuits till it become grainy, and take it out in a dish. Add some baking powder and powdered sugar (optional).
Keep adding milk in intervals and keep mixing it until the batter becomes little thick and smooth.
Grease the baking pan with oil and pour the batter into the pan.
Open the lid of cooker and place the tin on top of the stand without touching sides.
Close the cooker without whistle and gasket and bake for 15-20 minutes on medium flame.
If you want to check the cake is cooked, insert the toothpick in the cake and if it comes out clean, your cake is ready.
Take the collected cream, add little milk to it and keep stirring it until it becomes creamy (you can also add chocolate if needed).
Add the cream on top of the cake and garnish it as per choice.

PREPARATION TIME: 35 Minutes.
